About the position

As a Senior Product Manager for Client Agreements at Hightower, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business applications and integrations. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a relationship manager, facilitator, and mediator, ensuring that the partnership between technology and business units is optimized. You will be tasked with defining strategies and building solutions that align with organizational and project goals, driving documentation, and evaluating potential solutions to bridge gaps in efficiency and productivity. In this role, you will guide the Client Agreement product roadmap to meet regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring that unique Hightower advisor user experiences are delivered. You will collaborate with various stakeholder teams across business units, such as Operations and Compliance, to develop necessary analyses and documentation. Effective communication with production, managerial, and executive teams will be crucial to ensure alignment between business goals and the product roadmap. Your expertise will be essential in communicating business processes and systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity. You will develop meaningful relationships with corporate and field-facing colleagues to optimize systems integration and manage business user engagement throughout the full release life cycle, from scoping and requirement gathering to design, user testing, change management, and post-production support. Quality assurance will be a key focus, as you will perform, evaluate, and communicate quality assurance at every stage of systems development. You will assist the project manager in developing detailed project estimates and work plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet clients' and users' business needs and quality expectations. Additionally, you will author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements from stakeholders while proactively addressing potential questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations. Continuous improvement of your technical skills and knowledge of business processes will also be a priority.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with production, managerial, and executive teams to align business goals with the product roadmap.
  • Serve as an expert in business processes and systems prototypes to promote efficiency.
  • Develop relationships with corporate and field-facing colleagues for optimized systems integration.
  • Manage business user engagement throughout the full release life cycle, including scoping, requirement gathering, design, user testing, change management, and post-production support.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate quality assurance at every stage of systems development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in the wealth management industry.
  • Understanding of regulatory rules, policies, and industry best practices around Client agreements and documentation.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to manage stakeholders and expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
