Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping projects moving to deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation.
• Liaise between development and implementation teams to ensure clear communications and expectations.
• Lead a small team that supports accounts during both implementation and production phases.
• Track and oversee development deliverables to ensure client/project deadlines are met.
• Communicate with project team leadership and recommend program changes as needed.
• Manage issues related to Engineering work and escalate as necessary.
• Actively project manage across non-direct reports by escalating risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions.

Requirements

• 9+ years of IT experience including project management, business analysis, application implementation and support, and troubleshooting.
• 3 or more years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of QNXT/Trizetto or other claims systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills, able to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to influence and motivate direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to action.
• Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities.
