About The Position
The Senior Project Manager is an experienced project professional responsible for leading a combination of planning and execution of activities related to delivery of projects and/or financial/budgeting activity for their teams. Senior Project Manager will take a people leadership role alongside being experienced at successful project delivery. When leading project delivery, Senior Project Manager will have key responsibilities within the Continuous Improvement Cycle: Define, Discover, Design, Develop, Deliver across multiple areas. They are responsible for the success of one or more projects within a given timeline and budget, creation and maintenance of status reports, proactively managing issues and risks, and can work with 3rd party partners. When performing financial/budgeting activities they will monitor and adjust to given budgets, track labor, capital spend, and support variance root cause analysis.
