About the position

The Senior IT Project Manager at CLA is responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects that impact the firm's infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software installations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities

• Develop project proposals addressing goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements for IT projects.
• Oversee projects related to infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software installation and upgrades.
• Ensure all projects progress on schedule and within budget.
• Recommend and formulate the technical scope and objectives of projects.
• Direct and manage the overall work efforts of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Coordinate and track all issues and risks consistently.
• Lead a diverse project team and promote a team-oriented environment.
• Establish communication channels to stakeholders and internal/external teams.
• Provide timely communication to key project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience required.
• 3 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required (combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
