About the position

The Senior IT Project Manager will oversee multiple IT projects aimed at enhancing user experience across various platforms, including Video Conferencing, Email, Help Desk, Remote Connectivity, Intranet, and Desktop solutions. This role requires a hands-on approach to project management, focusing on collaboration with diverse teams to ensure projects remain on track and meet defined objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects to ensure they remain on track and meet user experience goals.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify gaps and define project scope.
• Facilitate decision-making processes rather than solving problems directly.
• Maintain focus on project priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through excellent written and verbal skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of milestones, risk management, and critical path methodologies.
• Ability to identify gaps and define project scope.
• Excellent collaboration skills with various teams.
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience in the Financial Services sector is a plus.
