About the position

The Senior IT Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple initiatives within the Enterprise Business Systems, focusing on a large-scale ERP implementation and other related projects. This role requires collaboration with various departments, including finance, supply chain, production, operations, and IT, to ensure that business systems are effectively integrated into workflows and processes, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure all departments understand the goals and how it impacts their workflows.
• Act as the liaison between different departments to ensure all business needs are captured and addressed.
• Collaborate with department heads to align project objectives with their operational goals.
• Facilitate regular meetings with departmental leaders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Maintain strong communication with executives and project sponsors, providing regular status updates.
• Allocate and manage internal resources as well as third-party vendors/consultants involved in the projects.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, including budget, timeline, and technical risks.
• Work closely with IT to ensure the applications integrate seamlessly with existing software and databases.
• Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the solution.
• Manage the project budget, ensuring spending aligns with project forecasts.
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 end-to-end ERP implementation experiences.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, integration challenges, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Business Systems/Platforms, integration challenges, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.), ERP systems, data analytics, app development, and business process modeling.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain sectors is a plus.
