About the position

The Senior IT Project Manager will lead and manage complex Cybersecurity programs for one of eClerx's top clients. This role requires building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders, and implementing strategic solutions to meet long-term business objectives. The position involves overseeing program delivery, managing risks, and providing executive-level reporting on program status.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery to support long-term business objectives that are complex and integrated.
• Create clear scope definition across all areas of the program, including planning, communications, change management, and implementation.
• Design, develop, and manage complex integrated roadmaps and delivery plans in a dynamic environment.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought leadership while effectively driving program delivery.
• Produce program reporting to executive stakeholders on the status and health of the program.
• Capture, resolve, and escalate risk & impediments to ensure effective program delivery.
• Support senior-level executives and create C-level presentation materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years of experience in project management
• Prior experience managing cybersecurity initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple large concurrent technology programs or portfolios
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with key stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently to define, plan, and execute technical projects
• Motivate teams to solve problems and deliver high-quality results
• Experience using planning and task management tools (Gantt, Jira)
• Experience working with the latest technologies (i.e. AI) is a plus.
