About the position

The Senior IT Project Manager at sliQue is responsible for leading complex cross-departmental IT projects that drive the company's digital transformation agenda. This role involves managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to scope, and budget control while collaborating with multiple departments to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-departmental IT projects to drive digital transformation agenda.
• Manage all aspects of project execution to ensure timely completion, adherence to defined scope, and strict budget control.
• Work closely with multiple departments to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
• Inspire and guide project team members to achieve their best.
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
• Implement project communication plans and conduct regular risk assessments to identify and address potential issues.
• Ensure that project outcomes are aligned with business objectives and take proactive steps to ensure their successful realization, driving measurable results.
• Manage third-party vendors to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• University degree in a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Extensive experience in IT project management, including large-scale projects with strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ideally experience of working in a regulated environment (e.g., Pharma, banking, etc.).
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiating skills, proactive and hands-on mentality.
• Flexible mindset, ability to effectively communicate with colleagues of all levels, accountability, and adept in discovering innovative approaches to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English.
