About the position

Wolf Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior IT Service Desk Consultant to join their managed service team. This role involves providing Tier 2/Tier 3 support for various IT services, focusing on Microsoft technologies and ensuring high-quality customer service. The position is hybrid, requiring two days in the office and three days remote after the onboarding period.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 2/Tier 3 requests on the help desk.
• Perform user and computer account maintenance.
• Support Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure and storage.
• Implement and support Microsoft 365 and Office 365.
• Implement and support Microsoft Azure.
• Utilize remote management and monitoring tools.
• Engage in scripting and automation tasks.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Ensure cyber security measures are in place.
• Work with firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IT experience in supporting Microsoft networks for small and mid-size businesses.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent IT support experience, certifications, and/or training.
• Relevant industry certifications including Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems for time and record keeping.
• Excellent customer service skills and initiative.
