Responsibilities

  • Identify and source qualified candidates for IT positions through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT or technical roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to manage candidate pipelines.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of current IT trends and technologies.
  • Previous experience in a sales or commission-based role.
