About the position

The Senior Java Developer will play a crucial role in building and optimizing a job platform that connects healthcare professionals with employers. This position requires a strong background in Java and Spring, along with experience in AWS, to enhance the main portal of the client's healthtech application. The role is primarily individual contribution, focusing on backend development with some front-end technology exposure.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the main job portal for healthcare professionals.
• Utilize Java and Spring for backend development.
• Deploy applications in the AWS cloud environment.
• Work with microservice-based architecture and design.
• Contribute to individual development tasks and projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java/Springboot (Spring).
• Experience with deployments in AWS cloud.
• Some experience in front-end technologies (Angular).
• Familiarity with microservice-based architecture and design.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working within the SaaS startup space.
