About the position

The Senior Java Developer role involves developing and maintaining high-quality geospatial applications using Java technologies. The position focuses on implementing and optimizing Springboot Microservices, designing robust Java Webservices, and creating Java REST Web APIs to facilitate data exchange. The developer will lead full-stack Java application development, ensuring compatibility and performance with Java 11 and Java 8, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality geospatial applications using Java technologies.
• Implement and optimize Springboot Microservices to enhance application performance.
• Design and develop robust Java Webservices to support various business functions.
• Create and manage Java REST Web APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange.
• Utilize Java Platform APIs to integrate and extend application functionalities.
• Lead the development of full-stack Java applications, ensuring end-to-end solutions.
• Upgrade and maintain applications using Java 11 and Java 8 to ensure compatibility and performance.
• Apply Core Java principles to solve complex problems and improve application efficiency.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Springboot Microservices and Java Webservices.
• Exhibit strong experience with Java REST Web API and Java Platform APIs.
• Showcase expertise in Java Fullstack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Have hands-on experience with Java 11 and Java 8 for application development.
• Display a deep understanding of Core Java principles and practices.
