In this position, you will be responsible for developing software solutions by analyzing system performance standards and collaborating with users or system engineers. You will analyze systems flow, data usage, and work processes to identify and investigate problem areas. Additionally, you will integrate existing software into new or modified systems and analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements. You will also be tasked with planning, tracking, and managing deliverables on both short-term sprints and long-term software deployments, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of clients. Responsibilities

  • Lead development teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements
  • Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers
  • Analyze systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas
  • Integrate existing software into new or modified systems
  • Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements
  • Plan, track, manage deliverables on short term sprints, and long-term software deployments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of full stack software development on web and client/server solutions
  • 6+ years of experience with back-end Java development
  • 6+ years of experience using modern front-end languages (React, Typescript, etc.)
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, MariaDB, etc.)
  • Experience with Spring Framework, JMS, SOAP and REST web services
  • Experience with event-driven programming/architecture
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
  • Must live in a commutable distance to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance
