About the position

The Senior Java Developer role is designed for an experienced professional with a strong background in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot development. This position requires a technical lead who can guide a team in building Java Micro Services and provide design and technical guidance while fostering a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker with a passion for technology and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Java Micro Services using Java 8/11, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Provide design and technical guidance to the development team.
• Identify problems and offer creative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
• Proactively remove blockers to help the team progress efficiently.
• Embrace new technologies and contribute to continuous skill improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Java, J2EE & Spring Boot development experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead.
• Proficient experience with building Java Micro Services.
• Experienced in GIT, GitHub, or other distributed version control systems.
• Deep understanding of Java Collections & Threads, design concepts, patterns, and coding standards.
• Proficient in Object Oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience in Back End Development with Relational Database Management Systems.
• Experience with No SQL databases like MongoDB.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
