About the position

The Senior Java Developer role is focused on enterprise Java development, requiring extensive experience in Java and related technologies. The position involves hands-on programming, application development, and a solid understanding of various technologies and frameworks. The developer will be responsible for creating robust applications and ensuring optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and J2EE.
• Utilize Java11 technologies including Spring Framework, Spring Data, and Spring Boot.
• Implement RESTful services and ensure effective communication between services.
• Conduct application performance tuning and optimization.
• Work with relational databases like Oracle and NoSQL data stores.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in enterprise Java development.
• Hands-on programming experience with Java and J2EE.
• Proficiency in Java11 related technologies: Spring Framework, Spring Data, Spring Boot, RESTful Services, JUnit/TestNG.
• Solid understanding of Web Services, REST API, XML, JSON, HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP, and caching solutions.
• Experience in application performance tuning.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent programming, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
