About the position

The Java Full Stack Developer position at Infosys is focused on providing technical expertise and coordinating daily deliverables for the development team. The role involves assisting in the technical design of large business systems, building applications, and ensuring data security and integrity. The candidate will also be responsible for researching technologies, contributing to best practices, and mentoring team members throughout the development process.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and coordinate day-to-day deliverables for the team.
• Assist in the technical design of large business systems.
• Build applications and interfaces between applications.
• Understand data security, retention, and recovery.
• Research technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards.
• Contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, and scalability.
• Guide and mentor the team during the build and test phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Excellent knowledge in J2EE technologies with Spring Boot, Web services, and Micro services.

Nice-to-haves

• At least 6 years of IT Industry Experience on J2EE technologies.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in analysis, design, development, and testing on custom application development platforms such as Java/J2EE.
• At least 6 years of experience in J2EE frameworks like Struts, Spring, and Hibernate.
• At least 6 years of experience in Unix shell scripting, Java (core & web services), Oracle/SQL/Stored Procedure, Mongo DB.
• At least 2 years of experience in Angular 2, Angular 4, and TypeScript.
• At least 4 years of experience in Spring Boot.
