About the position

As a member of the Consulting organization at Oracle, the Senior Knowledge Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring that high-quality solution learning content is delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers. This position requires close collaboration with Learning Instructors to manage and understand customer expectations effectively. The Senior Knowledge Leader is expected to provide expertise in domain knowledge, implementation approaches, and workflow design, which are essential for the successful delivery of learning content. In this role, you will be responsible for authoring and developing content that is aimed at associates, utilizing both technical and methodological documentation. Educating associates on how to leverage methodologies and standard recommendations is a key aspect of this position. Additionally, you will consult with cross-functional internal stakeholders to identify priorities for enhancing standard content, improving processes, updating methodologies, and understanding the impacts on clients. The Senior Knowledge Leader will also manage issues that arise through the problem management process and execute strategies for process improvement. This position requires a willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed, in compliance with local regulations. You will be expected to adhere to corporate and organizational security policies, safeguarding both corporate and client assets, and taking appropriate actions to prevent and report any security compromises. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed, and you will provide engagement delivery services both individually and as part of a team, leveraging your subject matter knowledge of relevant solutions, database, core applications, and web technologies, particularly in implementing or supporting Oracle Cerner solutions and systems integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide domain, implementation approach, and workflow design expertise.
  • Author and develop associate-facing content leveraging technical and methodology documentation.
  • Educate associates to appropriately leverage methodology and standard recommendations.
  • Consult with cross-functional internal stakeholders to identify priorities for standard content enhancements, process improvements, methodology updates, and resulting client impacts.
  • Manage issues logged via problem management process.
  • Execute process improvement strategies.
  • Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member.

Requirements

  • Experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cerner solutions.
  • Knowledge of database, core applications, and web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of methodologies and standard recommendations in the consulting domain.
