The Senior Knowledge Manager at Leidos will play a pivotal role in supporting a U.S. federal government intelligence agency, focusing on aligning processes and technology to enhance information sharing and produce high-quality finished intelligence. This position is critical in ensuring that the agency has the necessary tools and systems to effectively manage and utilize data in the face of evolving security challenges. This role is contingent upon contract award, emphasizing the importance of adaptability and readiness to meet the agency's needs. In this position, the Senior Knowledge Manager will be responsible for employing centralized and peripheral databases, as well as content and records management systems, to shape government workflows and processes. The role involves tracking performance metrics and future requirements for existing capabilities, ensuring that data search, discovery, storage, and retrieval are optimized. A key aspect of the job is enabling information sharing among analysts and organizations, which requires a thorough analysis of workflows and processes. Additionally, the Senior Knowledge Manager will ensure that proper security protocols are adhered to, protecting classified, proprietary, and personally identifiable information. The role also includes providing analytics, dashboarding, and reporting on performance and usage metrics, which are essential for informed decision-making. Mentoring and guiding junior team members will be a significant part of the job, as the Senior Knowledge Manager will provide technical expertise and leadership to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment. This position is located in Washington, DC, and requires an active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
