As a Senior Knowledge Manager at ManTech, you will play a crucial role in managing Knowledge Management (KM) processes that are integral to our operations. This position involves monitoring and measuring the application of KM through metrics that are aligned with project goals and objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that project teams are accountable for their deliverables and are effectively utilizing the DEE (Data, Evidence, and Experience) and knowledge bases as per established guidelines. You will also identify areas for improvement within the DEE or knowledge bases, ensuring a continual improvement process that enhances strategic knowledge management across the organization. In this role, you will advise KM teams on various projects, particularly regarding waivers or exceptions to KM plans, and will be responsible for resolving conflicts that may arise between KM reference materials and new requirements for KM training. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various departments to develop and enhance KM processes, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the organization remains at the forefront of industry trends in Knowledge Management. Your strong communication and leadership skills will be essential as you navigate the complexities of KM within a diverse team environment.
