About the position

The Senior Kubernetes DevOps Engineer position at a leading SaaS company in Kennesaw, GA, focuses on enhancing and scaling their cross-border e-commerce platform. This full-time role involves collaboration with local DevOps engineers and the use of modern technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins. Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for Kubernetes clusters and AWS infrastructure, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and effective follow-up.
• Utilize monitoring and management tools to assess system health, providing regular updates to the team on ongoing issues.
• Configure and retire AWS resources and Kubernetes nodes, assist with cloud migration projects, and support training for team members as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure as code: Terraform, Ansible
• Extensive experience with AWS and its services, knowledgeable of the AWS cloud
• Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent experience
• Ability to mentor other developers
