You will work independently to negotiate the acquisition of properties with landowners, attorneys, or brokers, and will be expected to perform thorough land use, financial, and project profitability analyses for management review. In this position, you will also be tasked with obtaining and examining public land records as part of your due diligence process. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with engineers and operations managers on concept land planning, environmental, and utility requirements. Additionally, you will liaise with legal teams on purchase agreements and play a crucial role in training and mentoring new Land Acquisition Managers.
