About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced strategic communications expert to join the Enterprise Complaints and Remediations Strategic Communications and Planning team. This role focuses on strategic storytelling and executive reporting, including the development of executive-level presentation materials and the transformation of complex ideas into clear, concise content. The successful candidate will play a key role in reporting on organizational strategic priorities and ensuring effective communication with critical audiences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

  • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives enterprise-wide.
  • Strong managerial consulting for executive and senior leaders.
  • Experience creating executive reporting and building executive-level presentation materials.
  • Experience with delivery of high visibility, executive-level presentations to critical internal and external audiences.
  • Strong ability to develop compelling narratives and present complex ideas in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
  • Advanced MS Office experience including expert-level PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience setting and monitoring performance outcomes.
  • Experience coordinating and driving executive meetings.
  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management.
  • Ability to motivate groups and to quickly gain the trust/confidence of executive leaders.
  • Experience reporting on the progress of organizational strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end development and delivery of high visibility, executive-level presentations to critical internal and external audiences.
  • Act as a strategic communications consultant to executive and senior leaders.
  • Coordinate and drive executive meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with controls including artifacts and records management, data gathering oversight, and brand standards.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges.
  • Communicate strategy and related business plans to management.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced staff.
