About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant in Independent Testing & Validation (IT&V) as part of Corporate Risk. This role involves providing operational support for IT&V, focusing on records management oversight and governance, and ensuring compliance with records management requirements for shared drives and SharePoints. The consultant will lead initiatives, communicate with senior leaders, and identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee record retention, shared drive and SharePoint oversight and governance for IT&V.
  • Oversight of IT&V shared drive and SharePoint inventory to ensure business needs are met.
  • Lead the transition of IT&V teams to team-specific Confluence pages and reduce individual SharePoint sites.
  • Liaise with Enterprise and Corporate Risk Records Management contacts on expectations and deliverables.
  • Communicate expectations and deliverables to senior leaders and delegates, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
  • Lead ad-hoc key initiatives for IT&V from ideation to implementation.
  • Participate in ongoing business operations to meet goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through root cause testing of compliance metrics.
  • Review strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics.
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.
  • Present recommendations for strategic approaches and business performance improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
  • Lead through influence, often without direct authority, using data and facts to persuade.
  • Adjust to day-to-day changes in program operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
