About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Incentive Management Center of Excellence within the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) team. This role focuses on administering functional incentive plans for Wells Fargo Advisors, ensuring accurate execution of controls, and driving operational excellence to facilitate timely and accurate incentive payments to plan participants.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Wealth and Investment Management Incentive Compensation Administration.
  • Lead a team supporting incentive compensation plans for Financial Advisors and Managers in Wells Fargo Advisors.
  • Supervise programs supporting Wells Fargo Advisors, including Succession programs and New Hire programs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on systems and applications supporting Human Resources and Incentive Compensation.
  • Own Controls and associated procedures.
  • Advise leadership on Business Execution to drive performance and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead strategy and resolution of complex challenges related to Business Execution.
  • Provide vision and direction for implementing innovative business solutions.
  • Facilitate decision making in team meetings or steering committees.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Human Resources/Incentive Compensation experience.
  • Experience with variable and incentive compensation.
  • Knowledge of Wealth and Investment Management Incentive Compensation plan.
  • Experience with ownership and execution of Controls and Procedural documentation.
  • Attention to detail and effective execution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
  • Compensation Experience or other Human Resource functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience navigating large, sensitive data sets.
  • SQL Experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to navigate organizational change in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal partners, including legal, risk, and control.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Human Resources functions related to compensation.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services.
