The Wells Fargo Technology CyberSecurity Division's Platform Management team is dedicated to providing platform management, service operations, and operational reliability engineering support for the CyberSecurity organization. We are currently seeking a Senior Lead Cyber Security Change Management Consultant to join our Resiliency & Services Management team. This role is pivotal in engaging with CyberSecurity Platform Management teams, application development colleagues, and global partners to drive and implement best-in-class metrics and measurement reporting. This includes the development of dashboards, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, as well as maintaining CMDB cleanliness routines to support problem, incident, and change management, as well as risk and compliance governance oversight and business resiliency. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thought leadership to enhance efficiency in our tools and processes. You will be responsible for quality reporting that drives stability and informs business decisions regarding operational stability. In this role, you will develop and maintain reporting and metrics schedules and calendars, implement data quality metrics, and establish data quality improvement routines. You will collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels, including direct interactions with experienced leadership and executive management. Your responsibilities will also include creating, executing, and maintaining metrics and metrics dashboards, developing and implementing appropriate levels of reporting, and providing trending data analyses specifically around incident management. You will facilitate meetings, ensure follow-up and closure of action items, and identify and implement system and process efficiencies to reduce manual intervention wherever possible. Additionally, you will influence the continuous improvement of reporting analytics and metrics methodologies utilizing ServiceNow, and engage in other projects as identified.
