About the position

The Wells Fargo Technology CyberSecurity Division's Platform Management team is dedicated to providing platform management and service operations, as well as operational reliability engineering support for the CyberSecurity organization. We are currently seeking a Senior Lead Cyber Security Change Management Consultant to join our Resiliency & Services Management team. In this role, you will actively engage with CyberSecurity Platform Management teams, application development colleagues, and global partners to drive and implement best-in-class metrics and measurement reporting. This includes the development of dashboards, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, as well as maintaining CMDB cleanliness routines to support problem, incident, and change management, risk and compliance governance oversight, and business resiliency. The ideal candidate will provide strategic thought leadership aimed at increasing efficiency in our tools and processes. You will be responsible for quality reporting that drives stability and informs business decisions regarding operational stability. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining reporting and metrics schedules, implementing data quality metrics, and collaborating with professionals at all levels, including direct interaction with senior leadership and executive management. In the area of problem, incident, and change management, you will create, execute, and maintain metrics and dashboards, develop appropriate reporting schedules, and provide trending data analyses specifically around incident management. You will facilitate meetings, follow up on action items, and identify system and process efficiencies to reduce manual intervention wherever possible. Additionally, you will influence the continuous improvement of reporting analytics and metrics methodologies utilizing ServiceNow, and engage in other projects as identified.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reporting/metrics schedules and calendars.
  • Implement data quality metrics and data quality improvement routines.
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including leadership and executive management.
  • Create, execute, and maintain metrics and metrics dashboards.
  • Develop and implement daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Provide trending data analyses around incident management, identifying areas of opportunity and improvement.
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-up and closure of action items.
  • Identify and implement system/process efficiencies to lower manual intervention.
  • Influence continuous improvement of reporting analytics/metrics methodologies utilizing ServiceNow.
  • Engage in other projects as identified.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 3+ years of problem/incident/change management experience.
  • 2+ years of ServiceNow experience.
  • 2+ years of experience generating reporting content for Senior Leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of Tableau and/or PowerBI experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Advanced skills in Confluence.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills and capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a customer-first approach.
