The Digital for Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking group is responsible for managing customer-facing digital channels, experiences, and capabilities that serve Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking customers. The Senior Lead Digital Entitlement Product Owner will act as a product owner and subject-matter expert, overseeing the digital capabilities entitlement strategy and the development of a new target state entitlement model tailored for our Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Digital customers. This role requires close collaboration with designers, developers, and various stakeholders to transform ideas into reality, effectively implementing the vision and direction outlined in the product roadmap. As a seasoned product manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing clear business outcomes that align with our target state administration and entitlement journeys. In this capacity, you will serve as an advisor to senior leadership, helping to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals that address highly complex business and technical needs across the Digital environment. You will lead the strategy and resolution of unique challenges that require in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise. Your focus will be on delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that necessitate vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking. You will coordinate complex activities and provide guidance to others, offering vision and expertise to senior leadership on implementing significant digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that have a substantial impact on the organization. Additionally, you will strategically engage with professionals and managers at all levels across the enterprise, serving as an expert advisor in areas such as access and authorization, collaboration and communication, and front-end enablers. You will define features and requirements as part of the overall Digital Capabilities roadmap within an Agile framework, ensuring that the products developed meet the needs of our customers and align with the strategic goals of the organization.
