We are looking for a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to join our Connectivity Solutions Product team supporting Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking. Connectivity Solutions includes Wells Fargo's external API platform responsible for delivering financial services experiences of the future. This role will provide critical thought leadership in developing API standards and governance model, closely working with other stakeholders and establish building blocks necessary to enhance our digital product journey. In this role, you will drive and establish API standards and governance model, offering strategic guidance and vision to align our API ecosystem with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices. You will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within our platforms, driving business growth and efficiency. Acting as an advisor to senior leadership, you will develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment. You will lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Additionally, you will coordinate highly complex activities and provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact.
