About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Consumer Deposits Team within Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI). This individual will lead efforts for the Consumer Deposits Application across multiple channels. The role involves contributing to the overall strategy and multi-quarter roadmap while leading discovery efforts for new initiatives. The Senior Lead Digital Product Manager will act as an advisor to senior leadership, developing or influencing digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment. In this capacity, the individual will lead the development and ongoing tracking of all KPIs/OKRs across multiple product teams, ensuring that the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges are addressed through in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise. The role requires delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and necessitate vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking. The Senior Lead Digital Product Manager will coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others, offering vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that have a substantial impact. This position also involves strategically engaging with professionals and managers at all levels across the enterprise and serving as an expert advisor to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals.
  • Lead development and ongoing tracking of all KPIs/OKRs across multiple product teams.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.
  • Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking.
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative digital business plans, programs, and initiatives.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 7+ years translating leadership vision into executable strategies & initiatives across a matrixed organization.
  • 7+ years of experience collaborating with leaders and stakeholders from various lines of business.
  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager, owner, or director in the digital product space.
  • 3+ years of experience leveraging or leading data analytics to create customer-facing data products (i.e. Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, PowerBI).
  • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives enterprise-wide.
  • Strong executive level presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to anticipate additional questions from executives and proactively provide analysis.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to provide complex information in a concise & digestible format.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to create and deliver dynamic presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
  • Advanced degree or relevant experience.
