About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to support the Servicing & Operations product team within the Consumer Lending Merchant Services Business Transformation Team. This role involves advising senior leadership on digital products and initiatives, leading complex strategies, and collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products and initiatives.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges across multiple areas of the enterprise.
  • Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Business teams to create a product roadmap.
  • Coordinate complex activities and provide guidance to the Scrum Team.
  • Provide vision and expertise to senior leadership on implementing significant digital business plans.
  • Engage strategically with professionals and managers across the enterprise.
  • Translate and present complex technical data to both technical and non-technical groups.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and mitigate risks.
  • Support a culture of talent development to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, including writing user stories and facilitating prioritization discussions.
  • Merchant Services experience within the financial services industry.
  • Experience with Agile tools like Confluence and Jira for tracking work in backlogs.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on prioritizing value outcomes.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders and internal partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance and implement new processes by identifying roadblocks.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and engage teams effectively.
  • Proven ability to innovate and creatively meet customer and enterprise needs.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in a complex environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
