About the position

Wells Fargo Cybersecurity is seeking a Senior Lead Information Security Analyst to support the Centralized Cybersecurity Domain Governance Program. This role focuses on implementing and executing governance activities, ensuring effective management of information security risks across various Cybersecurity Domains. The analyst will drive consistency in governance routines, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights to enhance cybersecurity practices within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and execution of Centralized Cybersecurity Domain Governance Program activities.
• Drive consistency in governance routines across aligned Cybersecurity Domains.
• Identify and recommend governance routines that span multiple Cybersecurity disciplines.
• Execute defined domain governance routines to identify security risks and solutions.
• Support and execute strategy for information security policy, standards, and procedures.
• Set guidelines for policy adherence and risk management requirements.
• Collaborate and influence professionals at all levels, including senior management.
• Deliver periodic business and operating reports, including risk identification and remediation.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including executive summaries and status reports.
• Ensure quality and adequacy of program artifacts across all deliverables.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 7+ years of governance experience.
• 4+ years of experience with leadership in an enterprise technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership levels.
• Experience working with legal and/or compliance partners.
• Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in developing governance documents for Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of regulatory changes impacting policy adherence governance requirements.
