Responsibilities
- Lead a team in developing scalable and secure consumer-facing applications.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
- Architect systems that consider both technical requirements and user experience.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while ensuring high quality through testing.
- Optimize application performance and implement security best practices.
- Experiment with and adopt new tools and frameworks to enhance development processes.
- Engage in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring a full-stack approach to application design.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development, particularly in consumer-facing applications.
- Experience in consulting with clients and understanding their needs.
- Proficiency in cloud development and architecture, specifically with AWS or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of application performance optimization and security best practices.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue, or Ember.
- Back-end development experience with Node.js, .NET (C#), or similar technologies.
- Full-stack development experience, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with TypeScript and responsive design using CSS or CSS frameworks.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with design frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, or Tailwind.
- Familiarity with automating testing, integration, deployments, and monitoring.
- Strong customer service skills and good organizational abilities.
