About the position
As a Senior Lead Product Designer at Integral Ad Science, you will spearhead large-scale design projects throughout the product lifecycle, focusing on data accuracy and scalable design frameworks. This role emphasizes rapid prototyping and mentorship, aiming to transform complex data into accessible visuals that enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with design and product leadership to influence the design culture and direction of IAS.
Responsibilities
- Drive design innovation and scalability by developing scalable design frameworks and formalizing design processes.
- Influence product strategy by collaborating on initiatives across digital platforms, focusing on effective design solutions for data and reporting.
- Incorporate AI-driven design to enhance responsiveness and interactivity, leveraging emerging technologies for user engagement.
- Mentor and inspire a team of designers, elevating design quality and establishing efficient processes for continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and executives, representing design goals and team vision effectively.
- Optimize design processes in partnership with the Design Manager to improve productivity and accelerate team efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, UI, or HCI-related fields, particularly in web and mobile design at high-growth technology companies or design agencies.
- 4+ years of experience leading large design initiatives and collaborating with design team members for scalable, high-quality designs.
- Prior experience designing for analytics-driven platforms.
- Experience in creating and streamlining workflows for continuous iteration and improvement.
- Expertise in Figma and deep knowledge of design systems; extensive experience with program management tools like Confluence and Jira.
- Embraces AI and new technologies to enhance interactivity and streamline design processes.
- Experience and passion for affecting culture change.
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
