The Senior Lead Product Development Manager will identify and lead initiatives aimed at improving the end-to-end customer journey, utilizing customer feedback for continuous improvement. Strong project management skills, political and financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate and influence across functions are essential. The candidate must possess a strong sense of urgency and a passion for delivering a differentiated customer experience, ensuring that all product development efforts align with corporate strategic direction and maximize revenue while improving margins. This role also involves defining key performance metrics for product capabilities, managing the Product Platform Lifecycle Process, and facilitating the documentation of the target customer experience. The Senior Lead Product Development Manager will be responsible for developing project plans, maintaining a prioritized backlog of features, and partnering with development teams to meet planned dates.
