About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager in Corporate Risk to drive product outcomes and strategy within the Corporate Risk Strategy, Planning & Governance team. This role focuses on leading cross-functional teams to create exceptional omni-channel experiences and products that deliver measurable business outcomes and customer benefits. The Senior Lead Product Manager will oversee key business and customer metrics, processes, and policies related to various risk types, ensuring effective risk management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a work stream of projects in the Corporate Risk portfolio for Tech Solutions and Business Process Integration programs and initiatives
• Manage communication across horizontal and vertical teams and business partners; lead interrelated work
• Accountable for program/product/project delivery of significant risk, complexity, scope, and financial impact
• Serve as the primary liaison between the business unit and various support partners to achieve business deliverables
• Establish priorities and drive accountability for assigned initiatives, providing leadership for solution design and integration
• Work with key internal partners to simplify complex concepts into targeted solutions
• Develop and implement reporting and presentations for stakeholders and senior management, including risk analyses
• Facilitate the front to back solution design value chain for the accountable Risk Executive, including ideation and implementation planning
• Provide direction to a cross-functional team using business acumen and expertise.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience.

• Experience in First-line risk or Second line risk management functions
• Experience in process design and deployment, application design, or strategic portfolio management.
