About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager for the Fraud Alert & Queue Management Area Product within Fraud Detection Operations. This role focuses on product management and strategic initiatives to enhance real-time agent experiences and advanced analytics, driving critical customer and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of product management, data analytics, technology delivery, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate product area vision, define scope, prioritize feature backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams.
  • Collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure success and promote the product vision.
  • Drive requirements, manage and refine the product backlog, and adjust planning in response to financial, control, or process roadblocks.
  • Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all parties involved.
  • Manage demand and capacity, producing reliable forecasted completion timelines.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulatory and policy standards.
  • Provide strategic, innovative, and creative solutions with a positive attitude.
  • Encourage the development of empowered Scrum teams through servant leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product ownership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong knowledge of Fraud Operations applications including Fraud Services, CoBRRa, and Prevent.
  • Understanding of product management principles such as customer-backed thinking and analytical mindset.
  • Experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps, particularly in the Fraud and Claims Management space.
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience delivering software products using agile/scrum principles.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitation and collaboration skills to broker agreements among diverse perspectives.
