About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager responsible for overseeing product management and strategic initiatives for the Fraud Alert & Queue Management Area Product within the Fraud Detection Operations Product. This role focuses on building solutions that enhance real-time agent experiences and leverage advanced analytics to achieve critical business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of product management, data analytics, technology delivery, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate product area vision, define scope, prioritize feature backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams.
  • Collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure success and promote the product vision.
  • Drive requirements, manage and refine the product backlog, and adjust planning in response to financial or process roadblocks.
  • Inspect pre-release progress, recommend changes, and ensure timelines are met.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure they are addressed by all parties involved.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Provide strategic, innovative solutions and encourage the development of empowered Scrum teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product ownership.
  • Strong knowledge of Fraud Operations applications including Fraud Services, CoBRRa, and Prevent.
  • Experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps, managing products from ideation to market delivery, particularly in Fraud and Claims Management.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams to deliver value aligned with OKRs.
  • Strong analytical skills for timely decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience delivering software products using agile/scrum principles.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
