About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to join the Consumer and Business Banking Deposits Financial Product Team. This role focuses on leading growth initiatives and future state product strategy for business analyzed and treasury products, ensuring exceptional omni-channel experiences and measurable business outcomes. The position involves advising leadership, overseeing product management, and delivering innovative business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs.
• Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide.
• Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management.
• Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for Wells Fargo's analyzed business product line.
• Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver a financial business analyzed product of the future.
• Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide.
• Serve as an adept advisor to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Nice-to-haves

• Financial services business banking background, including treasury management product strategy, product development and management experience.
• Ability to create strategies and build products and solutions tailored to analyzed business banking and treasury management.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high impact presentations to senior leaders that leverages data to convey a meaningful story.
• Detail oriented with solid analytics and insights skills and the ability to synthesize data to make decisions.
• Expert knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery.
• Experience working in an Agile organization.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Self-starter with high energy and motivation who works well independently and can lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
