About the position

The Senior Lead React JS Developer will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers in the creation of high-quality React JS applications. This role involves architecting and designing scalable front-end solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring code quality through best practices. The position requires a strong focus on performance optimization and a commitment to continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality React JS applications.
• Architect and design scalable, maintainable front-end solutions using React JS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers, product managers) to implement end-to-end features.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure code quality through code reviews and best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years in front-end development with 5+ years focused on React JS, and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in React, Redux, Hooks, and modern JavaScript, with experience in performance optimization and complex problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to mentor junior developers and drive team success.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), CI/CD, and testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
• A passion for building scalable, user-focused applications in an Agile environment.
