About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant responsible for coordinating and delivering technology-related activities and resources in support of business initiatives, specifically focusing on Cybersecurity Defense and Monitoring. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services for high-profile business unit clients, contributing to large-scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services. The consultant will work closely with the Cybersecurity Product Operations Team, assisting the Product Manager in prioritizing work, managing demand, capacity, and ensuring time booking discipline. In this position, the consultant will ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness of solutions while supporting the aligned cybersecurity leader with key management routines, including business reviews, operating reviews, status reporting, committee obligations, and employee engagement. A transparent resource plan for Cyber Defense will be maintained and managed, partnering with finance and HR to support Move the Line activities. The consultant will review customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects that impact multiple lines of business or the enterprise as a whole. The role requires a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area, working with stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives. The consultant will make decisions in complex situations, managing multiple medium technology development efforts that influence broader work teams and drive new initiatives. Collaboration with the technology team and experienced management within Technology Business Services is essential to resolve IT issues and provide customers with optimal solutions. As a trusted advisor, the consultant will partner with key stakeholders to develop organizational plans, operating models, and efficiency targets, gaining agreement across the leadership team and communicating outcomes effectively. Additionally, the consultant will support Cybersecurity executive routines by identifying ways to streamline activities and improve meeting effectiveness, escalating material matters to management with urgency, and leading special ad hoc projects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services for high-profile business unit clients.
  • Contribute to large-scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services.
  • Partner closely with the Cybersecurity Product Operations Team and support the Product Manager in prioritization of work, demand, capacity, and time booking discipline.
  • Ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness of solutions.
  • Support aligned cybersecurity leader with key management routines including business reviews, operating reviews, status reporting, committee obligations, and employee engagement.

  • Support Cybersecurity executive routines by looking for ways to streamline activities and improve meeting effectiveness.
  • Escalate material matters to management with an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Lead and support special ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3 years of Chief of Staff experience or equivalent.
