About the position
The Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant will serve as a technical expert for the Agile Tools Suite at Wells Fargo. This role involves providing first-line technical support for tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Tableau Reporting, while also facilitating training and support sessions for users. The consultant will act as a liaison between the CTO and the PRICE product team, addressing system issues and proposing enhancements to improve tool usage across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Act as an advisory to senior leadership, providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
- Ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas and work with stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Make decisions for highly complex situations requiring a solid understanding of domain and technology applications
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and advise senior leadership on complex strategic issues
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience
- 4+ years of experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- 4+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
- 2+ years of experience writing SQL
- 2+ years of experience writing JQL
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Experience creating and modifying JIRA dashboards
- Deep experience with JIRA integrations and roadmaps
- Experience building foundational competencies
- Experience providing Jira configuration training
- Relevant technical experience in an SDLC development and/or infrastructure environment
