About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant to develop and retain Treasury Management business for a portfolio of large energy clients. This role involves partnering with relationship managers in a consultative selling capacity, focusing on meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets while providing strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges across the Energy & Power business line.
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise on implementing innovative business solutions.
• Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor.
• Engage strategically with professionals and managers across the enterprise.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Nice-to-haves

• Proven experience in the energy industry (oil & gas, midstream & downstream, and energy services preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and treasury management.
