About the position

The Senior Lead UX Researcher, Enablement & Operations at ADP is responsible for leading programs that enhance the research practice within the organization. This role focuses on research enablement, recruitment oversight, and client engagement, partnering strategically with various stakeholders to streamline the research process and ensure effective communication of human insights to product teams. The position requires a strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as the ability to establish processes that scale across all phases of experience research.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve the research practice at ADP.
• Establish processes to scale research across all phases from planning to insights sharing.
• Partner strategically with research leaders, UX researchers, and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with functions across the company to enable quality and compliance in research.
• Maintain and grow ADP's Client panel through outreach and communication.
• Prioritize, plan, design, execute, and optimize research workflows.
• Lead and support the Jira process across the research team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 7+ years of experience in a Research Operations role with proficiency in project/program management, process excellence, or customer experience.
• Understanding of UX Research tools such as UserTesting, Maze, User Interviews, Dovetail, Qualtrics, or similar.
• Experience with HCM, B2B, and/or complex products requiring research recruitment.
• Familiarity with the impact of research on the product development lifecycle.
• Ability to plan complex initiatives and deliver on time.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience facilitating workshops.
• An advanced degree in HF/HCI or a related discipline.
