About the position

The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) team is seeking an experienced senior designer to lead creative strategy and execution for internal content and initiatives. This role focuses on designing compelling visual narratives that align with business objectives, primarily through Keynote presentations and graphics for various events. The designer will collaborate with senior leaders and teams to enhance employee engagement and effectively communicate with a global audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative design for Apple Services Engineering, focusing on internal content and initiatives.
• Design Keynote presentations and graphics for in-person and virtual events, meetings, and conferences.
• Deliver design for the internal website and support content management for the channel.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, strategists, writers, and subject matter experts to create inspiring stories.
• Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring timely delivery of clear and engaging presentation segments.
• Utilize various design disciplines including photography, illustration, motion graphics, and copy to enhance visual storytelling.

Requirements

• 10+ years in a professional design/creative environment.
• Mastery of Keynote, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience in motion graphics; proficiency in After Effects or similar software.
• Website design and content management experience.
• Video editing and production experience.
• Demonstrated use of design principles via portfolio.
