About the position

The Senior Leadership Development Consultant at Family Endeavors Inc. is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership and management training programs. This role aims to enhance leadership capabilities and overall managerial effectiveness within the organization, ensuring that training aligns with industry best practices and meets the evolving needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor leadership and HR training programs.
• Create engaging curriculum and materials that align with industry best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to participants to reinforce learning.
• Continuously update and refine training materials based on business needs.
• Develop and implement assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry trends and share insights through various channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least five years' experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Five years of supervisory/management experience with a strong understanding of leadership theories and adult learning principles.
• Driver's License with a clear record; professional certifications such as CPTD, CPTM, SHRM-CP, or PHR preferred.

Benefits
