About the position

The Senior Learning & Development Program Manager at Guardant Health is responsible for leading and executing professional development programs under Guardant Health University (GHU). This role focuses on driving program results, impacting organizational learning initiatives, and contributing to strategic development goals. The manager will innovate and shape new methods and programs to ensure continuous evolution in learning offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of learning and development (L&D) programs initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Lead the evolution of existing programs and the creation of new ones, overseeing logistical execution of L&D programs such as workshops and e-learning.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of L&D offerings.
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise process documentation and project plans.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal resources to ensure the quality of L&D solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation of change management strategies to support the adoption of new L&D initiatives.
  • Track project performance, including scheduling, budgets, and results, and provide reports on project progress and key metrics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program management experience, ideally in learning and development, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in leading complex, multi-phase initiatives from initiation through completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate project progress and challenges to various stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain timelines, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and systems, with proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
