Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with e-learning development tools.
• Certification in Learning and Development or related field.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
