About the position

The Senior Learning Knowledge Management Program Manager at Microsoft plays a crucial role in ensuring that employees have access to the necessary information and resources to excel in their roles. This position is integral to the Cloud Operations + Innovations (CO+I) organization, which focuses on optimizing the planning, construction, and operation of Microsoft Data Centers. The role involves managing learning content, compliance reporting, and feedback mechanisms, while also integrating innovative AI-based solutions to enhance learning experiences. The position supports a culture of inclusivity and is eligible for hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administrate CO+I Learning in Microsoft corporate learning venues such as Viva Academy.
  • Oversee content management taxonomy for effective storage and accessibility of training materials.
  • Report on training completion and compliance for role-based learning paths and corporate safety requirements.
  • Manage learner feedback from various training and curriculum activities.
  • Collaborate with CO+I Learning colleagues to create AI-based solutions for curriculum and productivity enhancements.
  • Maintain the CO+I Learning repository of internal guidelines, policies, and standards.
  • Coordinate globalization, localization, and translation efforts for CO+I Learning materials.
  • Co-manage the design and content of CO+I Learning SharePoint, migrating training catalogs to Viva Academies.
  • Manage requestor intake processes including forms, tools, and reporting.
  • Participate in stakeholder and user surveys for feedback and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in knowledge management and learning program management.
  • Strong understanding of corporate learning environments and compliance reporting.
  • Experience with content management systems, particularly SharePoint and Viva Academy.
  • Ability to analyze and integrate AI-based solutions into learning frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the tech industry, particularly in cloud operations or data center management.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and practices.
