About the position

The Senior Learning Systems Professional plays a crucial role in guiding and supporting the use of technology in learning and development. This position involves addressing moderately complex to complex issues, requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation of various factors. The professional will facilitate access to technology-supported learning resources, act as a consultant for implementing such technologies, and develop interactive e-learning content. Responsibilities also include collaborating with subject matter experts, managing project documentation, and providing technical support for learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate access to expertise, services, and resources related to technology-supported learning.
• Act as a consultant for the introduction of technology-supported learning.
• Develop and deploy interactive e-learning in multimedia or mobile environments.
• Create user interfaces and design the look and feel of courses and learning portals.
• Support and back up the team that loads course elements and ensures interactivity with Learning Management Systems.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts on technology-based learning solutions.
• Develop project documentation, including development standards, and manage the content library system.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support related to learning programs.
• Publish and deploy technology-based training and interactive e-learning courses.
• Influence department strategy and make decisions on complex technical approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 or more years of experience working with a Learning Management System
• Experience with analyzing learning data and content usage data
• Experience working in MS Office Applications including MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Excel, and SharePoint
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.

• Master's Degree
• Experience with Highspot Sales Enablement Platform
• Experience working with e-Learning applications like the Articulate Suite, Area9 Adaptive Learning
• Previous background in eLearning design and development.
