Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit business opportunities and manage large group accounts.
• Upsell business opportunities to maximize revenue for individual properties.
• Align customer profiles with appropriate products to meet their needs.
• Achieve personal and team revenue goals through effective sales strategies.
• Respond to and manage complex incoming business opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and solicit new business to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop effective sales plans and creative proposals for events.
• Understand market conditions and competitors to close business effectively.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to grow account share.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 5 years of experience in sales and marketing; OR 4-year bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong understanding of market opportunities and revenue driving strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills and creative selling abilities.
• Ability to manage complex business with significant revenue potential.
